Thanks Amy...though I can't honestly take credit. This is nature's work. Perhaps the only part I played was to cut back the tall grasses early in the season to allow the young plants to establish.

Lovely picture. I love blue. A have a huge bloom of Asters this year near the foot of our vine. They self seeded. Just need a bit of pulling out if they get too invasive. They are very like your picture

they may be New England Asters, Dorjac. I have acres of asters... the ciliolate, the panicled and the NE. The ciliolate are a light mauve, the panicled are white and the NE are that pretty blue-purple. An you're so right about just pulling them. I have plenty of room for them to spread if they will...if I was crowded I'd be worried but thank goodness they are so independent. Wonderful things.

I love your natural garden it's beautiful. It reminds me of Ojibway Park or Point Pelee or some other nature areas that I like to go take pictures at :)

I don't think I'll ever get jaded by the natural beauty. It really makes me feel great to see it there...so pretty, free, and easy. I'd love to take a walk on the boardwalks in the marshes at Pelee.
