Hello everyone.

Thanks Delonix.
I haven't had time for much more than watering this year.....I now have a jungle!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been watering twice a day. The weather here has been stifling HOT and HUMID!!! We've been suffering and complaining to high Heaven!

We had a very hot and humid summer as well.
Thankfully the heatwaves stopped....we now have hot and humid weather but not that unbearable heat that saps all the energy out of you!

That's horrible...a very hot and humid summer! YUCK!!!
This is getting into the hottest time of the year for us in Southern California. Sept through November can be very hot and dry...although, we haven't had the low humidity yet.

I'm so glad our hot weather is leaving us slowly. I've had enough with watering all the time.
Top balcony, front balcony, back balcony, front of shop, side of house, and the garden.....oh and all the plants in the house and shop.
I need a rest!

You're lucky it's cooling down for you! I know it cools down very slowly where you live, though.
I have to deal with watering all year, here. It's just the way it is in our dry climate. I do hope we receive our normal rainfall, this coming rainy season!
It finally cooled down a little last night for the first time in weeks. Although, it's going to be short-lived...the very hot weather will return by Thursday.

Hurray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We finally got some rain today!

You're lucky! There's been none here for many months. The mountains and deserts have had a tremendous amount of flash-flooding from the monsoonal moisture and three tropical storm rains.
Many places in the state of Colorado has had severe flooding. Almost 800 people are missing. They've more than a years worth of rain in only 3 or 4 days. It's crazy!

Yes, it is crazy. I've seen it on the news.
18 Sep, 2013
Yes, it's been the worst flooding ever recorded in Colorado (it's being called a 1,000 year flood). There's still almost 600 people still missing. Some places have had more than 2ft (61cm) of rain in just 8 days.
