I caught this rainbow during the hot monsoons we had last week. Unfortunately not much of the moisture made it to the ground here. The palm underneath is my Wodyetia bifurcate, 'Foxtail Palm'. Taken September 6th 2013

Hi Andy,
The rainbow was at about 7 AM, I was leaving for work and just had to go back and get the camera.
The Wodyetia bifurcate may have enjoyed it but I sure won't miss the humid heat.

I won't miss the heat and humidity, either. Although, the last four or five days it's been pretty hot and humid.

That's beautiful! I never saw the rainbow. I'm so glad the monsoonal moisture is gone!!! It was tired of that horrible hot, humid weather!
Your Wodyetia bifurcata must be loving this weather. It's native to northern Queensland, Australia...where there's a lot of monsoonal moisture.
