The hummingbird moth, one which started coming to the old garden a few years after starting it. But here in the new garden, it already visits the natives! I caught it here visiting the rose bay willow herb. (fireweed) I love these moths, just so cool.

I used to see them quite often in the late evenings when the sun was going down flying around my Geraniums I used to have on my balconies in Spain! I've also seen them here on the Geraniums I grow on this balcony, in the UK, as well. Great shot!

Thank you all. I was so lucky to be wearing the good camera just that moment. Here where there are no hummingbirds, I really appreciate them.

Thank you. Always must have a few blooming "weeds" to keep some native things coming around. I notice it likes lilacs too.
