They look so nice... crispy and green Neena. I remember when we grew lettuce for the very first time - There were hardly any leaves to speak of, but I was so anxious to try them... I managed to pick two decent sized leaves, washed them gently, then drizzled them with a little olive oil and sprinked over some rock salt ... We ate a leaf each! Delicious!!!

Thanks Georgous, they did well in my new container I will definitely be growing more next year. Petaltracey olive oil and rock salt sounds lovely LOL.

Homegrown taste much better than supermarket bought. I shall return to growing my own next year. Well Done for doing great this year.
