The asters seem to have grown and flowered well this year. I only have one in this small garden but it has a lot of small flowers.

Have you looked at the National Collection website? It's amazing, and there are several I'd love to grow. I can't though - no space.

I've just discovered a Nursery that houses a National Collection of Asters, that is not too far away from us.Definately pay them a visit next year.Avondale Nursery Coventry.They are amongst my favs. "Alma's" one for me to look out for when I go.:-)

How lovely - I wouldn't mind some more in my garden, and actually seeing them is the best way of buying the ones you fancy, of course.

I accidentally chopped off 'Victoria' when I was cutting back the Lysimachia. :-((( Isn't that sad. Boo hoo!

the un-named pink one you gave me 2 or 3 yrs ago have gone crazy this year. becoming a bit of a thug :o(

It will get a good chop back this spring and add to stock for the plant stalls though :o)
