It's not 'Firedance', Dd. It does get pink leaves, as well as the flowers. I find that it survives the winter, wrapped in fleece because it's against the house wall. I had 'Firedance' but even with three layers of fleece it didn't make it. :-(

Oh I see, really don't know where to put ours, should hate to lose it, looks beautiful now, we have not got any suitable walls we could use,

I hope you don't get really cold weather down there then. It is indeed a beautiful plant, but not nearly as hardy as the adverts (or the labels) say. All you can do is protect it and keep your fingers crossed.

Is this planted in the garden or in a pot, and I notice your leaves are green, but, ours are all dark plum!!
