Spectacular! Reminds me of a recent trip to Arizona where these grow freely in the wild.

Thanks Hywel! I was hoping you'd be able to id it for me!:o) My Father-in-Law gave me these when we moved house. I think he felt sorry for me... I had grown some cacti from seed and they were left on the Kitchen window of the old house... My own Mother found the container didn't see the seedlings (I will say they were extremely tiny) and threw them out into the garden... !!! :o( Don't worry I forgave her after the initial shock - However, I've never tried to grow them from seed ever again!!!
