Oh yes Tommymoo definitely do best in a sunny spot,they do like a bit of water but saying that I never water mine, unless they're newly planted of course,I didn't water them all this summer and as you can see they've been brilliant, not one of those things that curls up and dies in dry weather they have thick roots that store the water, this one gets to 2ft 4inches tall and is evergreen, the flowers are 5inch across and it flowers mid season which means it'll start the beginning of July a mature clump will flower up to 6 weeks but it will take around 3 years to get to that size, this one does usually rebloom to weather permitting, just make sure you give it plenty of room so its not crowded by other plants this is quite a vigorous one so really needs 3ft of space mine only get 2ft lol but that just means you need to split them more often, hope this helps.
