Hello Jacque, Rosie was found hungry on the streets as "someone" (for the want of a better word) had abandoned her - in fact all of our 5 feline friends have made their way into our hearts in the same way.

Great Jacque! I was wondering the other day if you had found of home for Puss or if you had adopted him! Good on ya!
"Rosie...you are my posie, you are my heart's bouquet!" ...as the old song goes...I would suspect that being a cat lover you've already read Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, by TS Eliot? Rosie reminded me of Jenny Anydotts... "her coat if of the Tabby kind, with Tiger stripes and leopard spots!"
I found a puppy in the same condition, Terry! How sad to see something so small and defenseless abandoned like that! She must be very lovable because I see those lovely tabby stripes...Tabbies are the sweetest!

Yes Lori, she is an adorable little creature and SO mischevious - the only trouble is that as she's growing up, she has developed this horrendous allergy to almost everything (from mould to all kinds of food) and we've had to have this tailor made vaccine made for her and give her special food, so slowly slowly she's stopping the scratching and not drawing blood anymore. It was so pitiful to see her but as I say, I think we're winning. I shouldn't laugh but at the moment I reckon she looks like a scabby iguana!

This picture made me chuckle - so delightful

N2O, those dry things in the plate are what I mean by pellets.

Terry, what has become of the darling Rosie ?
