Midsummer Garden at Night

An evening view seemed to bring out more colors, as I can't get the hang of bright sun with all this shade, always washhes out my shots! I should be fighting grass but we got no rainfall. And you can see the annuals, like the blue neon pansy I have put in this year just to spread some seed across the bank. It will be a while before I can cover it with groundcovers myself.

Thank you Jane. Still working out the kinks, but a gardeners work is never done is it? :-)

I like to lay things out in containers and watch them a little before I settle them into the ground, still, I'll probably move them again in the end.....lol. I had a great opportunity here since I brought it all at once last year and could lay it out before planting.

Thank you Michaella. Took most of the summer to realize the colors where better in the evening, but now I know. :-) Kinda shows up my focus on colored foliage. :-)
