Hi Pansy it is the Pheasant Berry, Lycestra Formosa think that is its official name. But you never know with me I might have made that one up. lol.

Now you have named it I know it well, we used to have it in the garden when we lived in the cottage. very nice plant, pleased to see it, will look out for one next year, it brings so many happy memories;0)

Karensue had a different one in her front garden which she has moved from now, think it had a more golden leaf than this one and was smaller. This is huge must get my secateurs on it. lol :O)

yes Suey it is a favourite of mine too and the big bonus is it keeps on flowering for ages and ages. :O)

I wish I'd brought mine with us when we moved ! Can't think how I missed it ! Now, I'll have to look out for another Barbara ! I love them !

When we meet up (notice I said when), will bring you some off of this one then you will have one. Think it will be spring now though, but eh it isn't that far off - Christmas - then snowdrops then crocus and then we ought to be able to find the time to have a coffee at that G.C near you. lol Hope so. :O)
