Which of course is not a palm at all .(Cycad)
This is a nice specimen developing orange seeds.

I love when they're full of seed! The ones here are full of seed, also. Many times the seeds will fall and sprout under the female plants.
Encephalartos species (cycads) have the most color bright scarlet seeds.
