This Thai Dwarf Papaya is not so dwarf and the papayas are very large, also. Photo taken Nov. 25, 2013.

Yes, it's not so dwarf. The last one I grew never grew quite as tall and the papayas were much smaller and looked like a football (an American Football that is)

Palmate:
For some reason this variety produces flowers and fruit very late in the year. It's still producing new fruit even though the weather has been unusually cold. The big fruit won't ripen until early spring or maybe late winter...it just depends on the crazy weather.

How much bigger will the friut get if it doesn't ripen till spring or has it grown now?

Most likely another 3" (8cm) longer. I think the largest fruits are around 15" (38cm) long, right now.
