These Palms are located by the Mission Beach Boardwalk in San Diego, CA. There were thousands of people there because of the hot weather. Photo taken Christmas Day - Dec. 25, 2013.

The weather for the last three weeks has been like this, clear warm to hot and absolutely beautiful! It feels more like spring or summer than winter. The weather may stay like this through most of January. This is really bad news for our severe drought...we so badly need rain.
