Snow

How's the temperature there in Michigan Rkwright? I heard about the Polar Vortex which is headed my way. Stay warm

Getting warmer now but the bad part is all that snow is going to have to melt eventually! I think the lowest I saw was -16 but the wind chill was -35 to -40. At least it only lasted a couple days, it's easy to hide inside from cold but the snow is not fun to deal with...especially with all the drifting.

I'm glad we are finally out it. I never want to experience that kind of cold again. Fortunately for me, it warmed up enough to melt most of the snow just before it went down to 20 below.

Looks like this forum should be re-named, "Snows-on-you!

This is the worst winter I can remember, the snow just will not stop! Usually winters here are either very cold with only a little snow or they are a little more mild with a lot of snow. This year we have seen the heaviest snowfall and some of the coldest temperatures along with it! At least the snow cover protects a lot of the plants. I just figure it will make me appreciate Spring that much more when it finally arrives!

Spring can't get here too soon!
