Daylily bed

Exciting times......

Tough arent they, the leaves look tender yet they are tough in the frosts.

Certainly is Dd :-)
They are Dawn, the evergreens would normally be loking pretty tatty by now but they still look good after the mild winter :-)

Another year Kathy , it all starts over again !

Looks real good! I'm still weeding the established areas and waiting the arrival of this years new plants. I found another area to dig for new seedlings.

I'm only about halfway round the garden with the weeding and cutting back Wylie aaaargh, the daylily bed hasn't been weeded yet it doesn't look to bad though think because its so densely planted not many weeds have got it.
Lol its getting rather large now Dawn I was looking back at some old photos when it was less than half this size ooops, my first ever daylily came from my Dads garden yes I still have it in fact loads of it don't know the variety but it is a very good doer.

I shall look forward to seeing them all in flower.

:-)))), hopefully a few seedling pictures this year too 3d, if I get any good ones, lots look big enough for flowers this year ;-)

Thats great flowers to come with the seedlings and may be some as they are big enough we hope :o))
