Hello Daisy, hope you are good. Your Brunnera Jack Frost is doing amazing, love it, thank you. That has made me laugh alot. I can picture your face when opening! Dolls Pram nice but not quite a parasol. I've never had a wrong order in the past.

Someone somewhere is wondering why a brush looks looks like a coco liner......by the way. What is a cocoliner?

The coco liner is the liner for the blacksmith trough I have, its like a hay rack, instead of using moss, you have the coco liner, looks like hessian.

Garden Best Buys have replied to my email today, asking me to return the brushes and they'll refund my postage and send out the Coco Liner. What a cheek, so they want me to make a special journey to the post office, queue up (which is the norm) and pay for postage up front. Not sure what I expected but dont feel like its my problem, they can send a courier to pick up as far as I'm concerned. They didnt offer a gesture of goodwill like a discount on next order, lol.

Ah now I see Dawn. Yes I see them in the sundries section in my favourite GC. They make an error and you have to do the running around to correct it.......cheek.

ask them to include a prepaid label when they send you the replacement liner. Or if its a courier they should be able to pick it up when they drop off the replacement.

The coco liner has arrived :-) I'll hang on to the brushes and if they ask why they havent been returned I'll say if you want them, you can send me a prepaid label, thanks for that suggestion.
