drawbridge for a forest fairy castle?

part of this shrub beyond the fence fell over, no doubt because of all the ivy weighting it. I did try to lift it back into place (if gits the gap perfectly) but kept flopping down again.
Maybe it would make a perfect place for a fairy door? If the whatever-it-is will grow back over the gap
