I bet it smells wonderful! I get the scent of all my neighbor's citrus trees...when they bloom. Most of my neighbor's have orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit and kumquat trees. We're so lucky we can grow every citrus species/varieties here in San Diego, CA. (many are grown commercially).

Yes, Citrus does much better outside.
I've never lived anywhere, in my life, where citrus needed to grown indoors...that's very strange to me. :>)

Yes, I'm pretty lucky...as I get a lot of my citrus from my neighbors. I love when I get the pink lemonade (the actual variety) lemons from my across-the-street neighbor.

Milky, it was a variety that evolved from a chance off-shoot from a "Eureka' variety lemon tree.

I forgot to add it was discovered here in California. I actually think it was somewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area.
