LOL...I hear you! today is Easter Sunday and the sun has deigned to shine but that wind is so cold. I swear, in the shade it feels like it's below zero! I've been out raking today...so much work and my old bod is protesting but damn the torpedoes! Hope things warm up for you soon. I'm in Eastern Ontario.

hi Lori...well, it was pretty nice one day last week, but then it turned cold again...can't drive the scooter well in the cold..it gets pretty sluggish...me too..LOL...the boys + i are getting cabin fever..i'm in SW Ontario, on Lake Michigan, so it's hot + humid in the summer, cold + damp in the winter, but hey, it could be worse...we don't have any flooding like they do down river, and usually we don't get the heavy snowfalls...this past winter was the exception....too much snow, no place to put it on my little lot, and way, way too cold for this old biddy !!BLEH!!

hi, Pansypotter..thanks for the welcome...it's a treat to have such a friendly and helpful site where everyone shares a love of gardening...it's something new for me...there's a lot of ideas here, and so many beautiful gardens..i could spend days just strolling from one place to another....
