A lovely one.

Mine haven't opened yet. I'm so jealous.

My jealousy is far greater than yours Treetop, as I don't even have one! Nor do I have anywhere to put one! I definitely need a pergola!!

Thanks all - don't be too jealouse Treetop, mine's will be over when yours is out and Karen I've no doubt it's in the pipe line ;)

Squeals of delight from me.
Karen, I've found there's always a way to sneak in another clematis somewhere. Have just bought very similar one called 'Purple Rain', also very beautiful.

Very beautiful is an understatement TB - it's spectacular! Guess what I've just added to my wish list :)

It's nice that purple rain..but have you seen Tage Lundell? An Alpina. ;)

Now that you mention the wind HB - I didn't read until after I planted to avoid winds. This gets full force up the side path! It took a bit of a battering when I first planted it. Improving now! Wishing yours luck :)
Karen, stop teasing us! :)
