Clematis Montana - Giant Star

I love the Montanas. I have just bought two clematis (not Montana) from Asda for £5. They have already put on quite a spurt, so I am optimistic!

Hopefully, well if they do not produce flowers this year there is always next year. Which ones were they Melchi did they have labels?

One is Scartho Gem. And the other is a deep pink. The snails have taken the surface of the label right off - and in the greenhouse, too. (That's not where the clems are, just the labels!) Oh dear. I can never remember the names of these things.

I am the same, I am terrible with the names of plants. Off to google Scartho Gem not heard of that one before.

Wow Melchi that is a beautiful clematis, you will love it when it flowers for you. I love the shade of pink it is. :O) Great buy!

I think the name of my other clematis is Girenas.
