Yes, one of my favourite colours too!

I love Honesty, too. It self-seeds so obligingly, but is easy to pull up if it's in the wrong place. Not that I can ever bear to get rid of it until it's finished flowering!

I am just the same Melchi, if any plant self sets in the garden I have great difficulty in pulling it out with the exception of the WEEDS that is. lol. Although I did dig out a H. Geranium and transfer it to my daughters garden last week. That is good though, swapping gardens is good for them. lol.

I have a list of weeds that I invariably pull up - hairy bittercress, dandelions in most situations - I like them but they are so thuggish - and various grasses like couch. But I think I tolerate quite a few things that many people would banish on sight. My borders are not exactly pristine!

Nor or mine especially alongside the path that this plant is, it has been weeded out on many occasions but it wins every year. I can never control them, part and parcel of living in a woodland area. I give up on them some years and just let them have there way. Its only nature after all. :O)

Karen, have seen a picture on here somewhere of a white one with variegated leaves. Never seen that before. Yes give them a go they would look nice in the hedge bottom. You will love them I am sure, they are very interesting when the seed pod forms too. I just love them.

Dd I love the colour and the way it seeds, just like little paper bags the seed heads. :O)

Olive I used to grow the variegated one, it is a real beauty, never see it for sale, would have to send for the seeds I guess.... I think I also had one with white flowers.
