These have thrived throughout the winter. They look promising, don't they?

They do look good but those geraniums are wonderful. Together they make a pretty picture around your doorway.

Agree, SG.

Thank you very much, everyone.
That area is a very useful sunny corner of the patio beside the greenhouse and in front of the French windows.
Scotsgran, thanks to the mild winter, the geraniums went on flowering in the cold greenhouse all the time from last summer. So now they are lovely and mature, and have hardly been cut down at all. I have loved geraniums since I was a girl, although neither my mother or grandmother were keen, and never had them. I think they are so evocative of times gone by. (I have delusions about Edwardian gardens, I think!)
I'm just hoping that those doors will be opened before many more weeks have passed. I long for the time when I can open them in the morning and leave them like that until the evening. It does happen sometimes!

That is looking so lovely! You've overwintered loads of things this year Melchi! :)))

Thanks, Karen. Yes - loads of stuff has survived well, even in outdoor pots, forgotten and neglected. I've got several non-stop begonias re-emerging and I've never tried to keep those before. Well - I didn't try this year, either - they just sprouted and surprised me!
