Spring blossoms-pear trees

These trees can produce the liqueur Poire if one puts a bottle over the blossom. As the blossom grows to a pear, it is inside the bottle, and sold with a delicious Pear taste, very potent!

It's true, the bottle has to be big enough so the pear can grow inside and of course at the height of maturity, the stem is cut, and Voila. I stole a pear once, and ate it on the spot. It was the sweetest pear I have ever tasted.
