Looking into the top end of the middle border and woodland border.

Cowparsley and nettles and buttercups in this little corner, they add to the picture I think.

It will be swarming with pollinators too - they'll love it there.

Oh, they really do! I was thinking about cow parsley today, it's out here too and I would love some of the pink variety with the dark foliage for under my hedge. Will have to keep an eye out for it at Chelsea!

....now I've found it on Crocus, I've changed my mind. The natural green and white is much nicer!

Karen - the green-and-white runs at the root; the dark-leafed form only spreads by seed.

Thank you everyone for looking in.

Scottish the whole garden is awash with bees of all sorts, some really big dark ones too with reddish/orange bums. lol. They are enjoying the hardy geraniums, Samabor in particular and there is a pink one which seeds everywhere no idea what it is, someone gave it to me and it is all over the garden just now. Will have to get some of it out as it grows so wide. But after saying that last year we had lots of hover flies and this year the bees seem to be the main pollinators. So good to see!

Karen the cow parsley is a pain at times but when it is out in flower like now it is lovely to see, I had no idea I had so much. lol. probably not what you would want in your borders, here is ok as I can contain it in this area. It does tend to take over.

Again thank you for looking in, I have been extremely busy these last few days and so not been on for a while, the garden is growing so fast and I am trying hard to keep on top of it. Think I might be losing out though, the sun is making everything grow so fast.

I've been the same...we've just waved goodbye to the double glazers, the plaster is still not quite finished on the gate wall, the carpet fitter is coming at 2, and then I have to meet the potential buyer at in-laws' for a third viewing...fingers crossed for a sale soon! hair cut tomorrow, then off to London Thursday!

Busy busy busy, like little bees, cut the grass before off to the dentist for a check up, then chemist for repeat prescription and shops for something for tea and then pictures before the rain comes down, clouds are looming as I write. Enjoy yourselves down in London, take lots of pictures at Chelsea and have a happy 25th Wedding Anniversary. Love you x mum x
