Californian poppy

Fabulous! I have sown some of these this year - the ssedlings are coming up, so I have high hopes.

If your garden's anything like mine you'll have them for ever now! I have a white one appeared this year - lovely.

I hope so, Stera. I have some beautiful large red ones i started from seeds my Mum gave me. I only had to sow them once myself! And I have loads of Welsh poppies that reappear every year. I love poppies and am always amaxed at where they emerge. And they are so easy to pull up if they're in the wrong place.

I have one plant this colour which came from a seed packet called' Shades of Pink' . I only got one other plant from the pack& that is a pinky colour, will put on a photo.

I think if you have alot of green in the pic and a solitary bit of red, digi cameras cant cope with that
