Thank you Dd yes it is a shame but as you say they hang around for ages. :O) can't have it all. Well I know we try but there you go.
Homebird think at the right time of year it will tolerate it just fine, I am sure with all the wet it would be ok now but I do not think I would risk it just yet. This one is in a pot (because of rabbits when I bought it) but now we have fenced all around I am going to put it in the ground this back end after it has finished flowering and the two plants either side of it. Time will tell if it survives or not, I just think they are better in the garden than in planters.
