What is the very pretty low growing plant with the yellow flowers please?

It might be small but it has everything going for it ,I bet everybody stops as they are walking by to admire it :o)

K that is so kind of you, the weather has helped enormously, the yellow flower is Sedum ( stonecrop) acre.....
