Just popped out and was rather shocked to see the bud on my plant has been munched away (you can see the stamens i think thats what theyre called, hope you can make it out) on the patio in a pot about a foot high, little blighters :(

Hi scottish, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised really but I was lol, have put some oats to try and deter but might put some grit aswell.

Oh dear :-(, strangely the slugs have left mine alone, suppose they've had enough food with all the dahlias and hostas they've eaten grrrrr, hope it recovers for you Daylily and gives you some flowers this year.
