Drc726 has a photo of a very similar one to this, in a blog called 'My hemerocallis daylilies this year' from July 2011. It looks almost identical, and called 'Bunny Puff' ...

I like its 'crimped' edge, very attractive.

I've got a very similar one, and I think they might well be 'Bunny Puff' - thanks to Denise (Drc726).
