Gary the gardener tidied up, there's still several dozen bulbs in there, see how long it takes the weeds to come back.

great suggestion, thanks, Dorjac! prefer rhubarb to beans any day - lol not tried bean crumble but don't think it'd be much cop! I'll have to look out rhubarb types and care etc, thanks again

it's a bit annoying, a small patch here, a small patch there, but it might work out best to dedicate each patch to a specific job - the small "shed bed" will be my herb garden, and this should do me well for fruit - a bit, anyway, can't see me growing a year's supply, even if i knew how to store that much!

If you like rhubarb it would go well in there Fran or a bean frame and have a few stick beans. Rhubarb would keep the weeds at bay too.
