The fuschia was flowering when I first came to view the property in September 2013 - if it performs the samem this year, I've got a long flower period to enjoy

thanks Dorjac. Gary the gardener did cut it back earlier - the bare canes wree quite long. It did get a bit rampant at the end of the last flowering season.

Obviously a hardy fuchsia Fran. They make a good splash of colour for months on end. Can be cut well back if you want but bloom later.
