Lovely Holly, and it's just like mine, which has now reached the top of the 7ft Eleagnus Quicksilver! The stalks on mine look a mess but I love the colour :)

Thats great to hear... mine are newly planted this year and are coming along well... ive let one of them climb along among the flowers... grow quickly dont they... :)

. . . and so determined! I thought I'd killed mine last year by cutting it off at the base, and was surprised to see it again this year. I shall be kinder to it in future :)

Glad yours came back ok.... I think I shall cut mine back a bit for winter.... or do they die right down..

Thanks thrupenny... my annual ones are nearly finished so will be taking them down soon. These are better and just keep on growing...
