Yes it is the same rose Shirley. And the white flowers are just like bindweed, fortunately not so difficult to get rid of.

Is this the Rose that's tinged pink? Very pretty. Those white flowers remind me that my neighbour has Bindweed flowers growing through the huge Bay tree ... grr!!!
