Verbena bonariensis
very wildlife friendly plant. And prolific self-seeder as well ;-) got tiny verbenas popping out all over my pots, lol

I used to let them grow big enough to uproot, then pot them up and give them to the local school for their summer fete. Not as much free time to do that these days .....
