Apparently the other name for Dimorpotheca is 'star of the veldt', so nothing to do with Osteospermums . . . sorry for the confusion. I've now found a source for seeds (hadn't been able to find any Ds locally).

Very nice. This ground cover provides flowers all year here. It's one of the most planted ground covers here in San Diego.
