I used to grow several different coloured ones and loved the leaves as much as the flowers. We had a very large wooden greenhouse then to put them all in for the winter, but here we haven't enough room.

I agree. Some of the canna leaves are beautifully patterned. I particularly love the foliage of "Cleopatra" because it always reminds me of a chocolate marble cake! Looks yummy and just amazing! I used to dig up all the canna tubers for the winter but I'm not going to do that, never again, because it was found out that mines do far better when being left in the ground.

Lovely selection of Cannas there. The flowers are so vibrant and the foliage so tropical.
