Adenium obesum - Desert Rose

This is the seed pod which opened a few days ago to reveal the seeds (I'll post a photo of the seeds later). This is the first time this plant has developed seeds in the 10 years I've had it. I'm going to plant the seeds, because this plant is very difficult to start from cuttings. Photo taken Sept. 23, 2014.

The seeds should germinate quickly as we've had temps in the 100ºF (38ºC) range. It's been so, so hot here...and this plant loves extreme heat.
