Amazing vine, Do not know if it is blooming "still" or "again"

The whole plant is interesting Wildrose. These flowers are hanging 8 feet down. I have lots of requests for seeds from this site and my personal webpage. But I do not see any seeds. Although, I noticed them being sold on eBay.

The one at Oxfords Botanic Gardens is in near constant bloom so I would wager it is "still". A real stunner!
