Thanks Sandra..thought i had lost this bird feeder but then i found it in pieces and used some wire to put it back together. :-)

Hi Sandra, looks great & smashing photo. Hope you don't mind just a warning. I made a bird feeder looked similar to yours about 3" in dia, and a sparrow went into it for some nuts and could not get out.
Luckily I was around and got him out safe and sound for how long he was there I don't know. I fitted a sponge in the top of it to stop them going in from the top. I still use it as a feeder and have no problems with it.
