Our neighbour's high walls

This neighbourhood was built on a steep hill. These walls are of our neighbour across the street. There are some even higher walls around. They are usually covered by Virginia creeper such as this one or some other climbing plants.
There is a similar development built on the near by mountain. I believe that the tree up top is Delonix regia.
