My niece did me the favor that I usually am too impatient to do. It does smooth the flavor a bit. Like custard.
Picked just a few days ago. I think I've picked fruit off this tree since last winter...always flowering,with small fruit,with ripe fruit. Crazy,like no other fruit tree.

I know these trees are such over-producers of fruit. The fruit is very good even though it can supply the whole neighborhood with fruit. LOL!
