Daylily - 'Lines of Splendor'

I wonder if there is any other people in the world that can enjoy daylily blooms in the winter? Nice one!

I would think that people in the south of the US would also have flowers going. 'Life is a Highway' is from Florida, and it is blooming.
I have plants that I traded with Simbad in flower (UFO and Yabba Dabba Doo, with scapes on Lady Neva) and there are a couple I got from Belgium this fall that have put up scapes. My BSA#7 has 6 scapes! And for the first time, some of my first year seedlings are reblooming.
Then it is only 1 week until I start soaking seeds for staring in January.

You are a very busy man! Peak season is over for me, but I do have some late bloomers. I am getting ready to harvest seeds now. We had more than one hailstorm and many seedpods are badly damaged, but I will not complain too much....

I'm so behind on here!!, yep its obviously very happy to be away from the very frosty (this morning) UK.
Scapes on Lady Neva too!!! crikey.

I am getting real busy - I started soaking the first 20 bags of seeds on Dec 23, and on the 25th one seed started germinating in the refrigerator (Blue Eyed Bandit x Whale Tails). Now I have 9 from that group and seeds from 5 other bags have been moved to warmth to continue germination.

Way ahead of me Wylie :-), I haven't ventured into the garden all over Christmas except to feed the birds!!
I did have a good look round this morning though, snowdrops poking through, 4 or 5 hellebores(including my favourite double)flowering in the wood and a couple of clumps of primroses in flower too!!, even a few daffodils in bud, the seasons have gone mad.To wet and muddy to do much but I must go and cut the old leaves of the hellebores tomorrow.
