Hi, Sandra, it must be some English recipe, as the only cheese, which is recommended is Cheddar, so not for instance Ementaler or Gouda, or goat cheese, which are traditional for our modern cuisine.
Amy, it is perfect. It was more baked on the surface after I finished it (this is before baking) and I used broccoli on the bottom. I ate it with delicious olives.

Kat I love Olives We had a continental market near us recently I bought loads with different stuffings ,garlic, pimento and slivers of lemon I can't stop eating them ..

I can easily get migraine from olives, so I eat them very modestly :-) But I love them too.

I love cheese katerina..I have been stocking up on lots of it for Christmas never made a cheese pie though. It looks nice...
