141220 - trying for a different angle (be tolerant, my first ever garden lights!)

thanks TT. I tried the different patterns; some were ok, but some flashed so much that they came close to "strobing", which didn't do my eyes any good. But then, maybe it looks better from a distance. I was standing close to change the patterns. lol all that tech to make them perform half a dozen light displays and all most people will have is "constant on"

This is what I understand as a pitch-darkness in English, lol.

lol it's not that dark, not really. I'e moved my bed to the room at the back, right under hte window, and I sleepw tih the curtains open. Once the bedside light is out, the sky is only medium grey, there's anough light for me to be able to see easily the tall trees at the bottom of the garden, wven whtout my sepcs on.
it's just what your eyes are used to - if you go outdoors from a lighted room then it will seem pitch dark till yoru eyes adjust - which takes abouit half an hour, I seem to remrmber reading somewhere
