My friends and myself made a New Year resolution for 2015

Raising eyebrows? Going upstairs to do something ....coming back down having forgotten what it was. Remembering and going back up again ....ad infinitum. Walk to the shops to look at all the goodies you can no longer eat ...walk back with a salad. Hope this helps:-D

Thanks B/A sounds good. I was thinking of starting of with jogging short distance of course, few press ups about 10, and a few arm swings. All starting next Monday. I was just wondering if you have anything suitable in B A fashions that would suit a retired gentleman a little bit overweight.

Sounds like Johnjoe needs one of your long arm, long leg rubberised tankinis Ba. You can lose lbs just struggling to get it on Johnjoe ;o))
