At the moment it looks like there are too many stones around the immediate surrounding area of the pond, but its appearance will rapidly change as both the aquatic and surrounding plants begin to push up new growth.

I'm hoping so! might have to buy some more marginal plants in the spring to fill the pond up a bit more!!

that'll give the fish more shade, if they need it. I do envy you a real pond, a proper one.
