Thanks B/A. Were you working in Butlins Mosney Ireland.
It a long time since I heard it called a penny whistle, most people would know it now by the tin whistle. I
say you and your friend Mary had a bit of crack.

Good morning B/A,I was in Butlins Pwllheli a couple of times in late 80s & early 90s. I had a VW minibus at the time, which was great for Anne and myself and the 4 children. I would take it on the ferry to Holyhead. We started going to Pontin's in Prestatyn. Then for a couple of years we went to Pontin's in Southport and then went to Butlins in Pwillheli which was the best of them all. We wear very posh then,,,Lol, and paid the extra 80 pounds to upgrade from a chalet to a bunglow, I think it had two or three bedrooms. they were good times. I think B/A,, ye redcoats had the better times??? Lol.

You're getting too good at this photography lark:-) I've been to Dun Laoghaire, my friend Mary Dempsey and I crossed over on the ferry from Holyhead ( we were both working at Butlins). Down below there was singing and penny whistle playing, I had a go too:-))
